[postfix-jp: 2187] 特定の外部への送信が拒否される

はじめまして。和田と申します。

Mac OS X 10.4.7にてpostfixを使用しています。
先日、インターネットプロバイダを変更しました。
変更したプロバイダはsmtp-auth or pop before smtpを使用して 
いないようで、
自ドメイン以外からのメール送信ができなくなりました。

そこで、自宅のMacにてメール送信サーバーを立てようとしてい 
ます。
readmeなどをいろいろ調べ、メール送信サーバーとして稼働するように
なりましたか、自力で解決できない問題があってメールさせていただき 
ました。
以下、その内容を列記します。

問題:
特定のアドレス(外部ドメイン)にメールを送信することが 
できない。

状況:
たとえば XXXX@xxxxxx (実在のアドレス) にメールを送る 
と、リレー送信と
判断されて受信を拒否されてしまう。下記はmail.logの該当部分

使用しているプロバイダ: adelphia.net (アメリカのケーブル 
TV会社 www.adelphia.net)

$myhostname (ここでは host.example.net と書き換えていま 
す)を dig mx した結果は下記の通りです。

上記のようにメール受信を拒否するアドレスがいくつか存在しますが、 
基本的にはこの設定で
外部へのメール送信に問題はありません。
ここまで調べた限りでは、リレー転送チェックの厳しいプロバイダの場 
合にこのように拒否
されるのではないかと思うのですが、これ以上どのように設定をすれば 
いいのかが
わからずに苦労しています。

postconf -nの出力にあるとおり、smtp-authおよぴSSL接 
続を設定しています。
これについては正しく動いているようですし、それらをなしにしてもこ 
の問題は
変わりなく発生します。

どなたか情報持っている方おられましたら、教えていただけませんか？
