postfix は全く関係なく，iptables の問題に見えます．

pop3 を使ったメールの受信に postfix は全く関係ありません (メールボック
スにメールが届いているのなら) ．そのあたりの理解は出来ていますか?

pop3 のポートへのアクセスが許可されていないように見えます．
