main.cf の mydestination (デフォルト: $myhostname, localhost.$mydomain,
localhost)と alias_maps で指定されている hash:/usr/local/mailman/data/aliases 
の内容から mailman@example.com、test@example.com などは、mailman ロー
カルプログラムに渡されていることが分かります

しかし test@xxxxxxxxxxx は transport_maps で virtual トランスポートを
使うことは指定されているが、mailman ローカルプログラムに渡すようには
指定されていません

local トランスポートか pipe トランスポートを使う、または example.com
ドメインに転送するなどして、mailman ローカルプログラムに渡すようにし
てください
