[postfix-jp: 2366] reject_unknown_hostnameが効かなくなる

Postfix 2.3.3を使用しています。

reject_unknown_hostnameをsmtpd_helo_restrictionsで指定しているのですが、
起動当初はIPアドレスだけで、ホスト名がないところからの接続については、maillog
上にreject unknown hostと表示されて、きちんとrejectされるのですが、時間
が経つとrejectされなくなってしまいます。

それで、Postfixをreloadしたり、stop、startしたりとしているのですが、
rejectされず、マシンの再起動を行うと、またrejectされるようになります。

smtpd_helo_restrictions =と空になってしまっていますが、実際は
