何度も申し訳ないです。
色々と調べていますが、未だにわかりません。

結局のところやりたいことは、
スパム判定されたメールをドメイン毎に管理したいのです。
@example.com 宛てのスパムメールを spam@example.com
@example.net 宛てのスパムメールを spam-hoge@example.net
@example.org 宛てのスパムメールを hogehoge@example.org
といった感じに各ドメインの管理者が管理するアドレスへ配信させたいのです。

現状は、main.cf で
content_filter scan:127.0.0.1:10023
で、SpamPD(10023)を通し、その後ClamSMTP(10024)を通り、
master.cf で定義した
127.0.0.1:10025 inet  n -       n       -       16      smtpd
        -o content_filter=
        -o receive_override_options=no_unknown_recipient_checks
        -o smtpd_helo_restrictions=
        -o smtpd_client_restrictions=
        -o smtpd_sender_restrictions=
        -o smtpd_recipient_restrictions=permit_mynetworks,reject
        -o mynetwork=127.0.0.0/8
        -o smtpd_authorized_xforward_hosts=127.0.0.0/8
に返すようになっており、
その後の cleanup で main.cf で定義した
header_checks = regexp:/etc/postfix/header_checks
header_checks:
/^X-Spam-Status:\sYes.*/    REDIRECT    spam@example.com
が効いているようですが、
この辺の動作でどの様にして上記の管理者が管理するアドレスへ配信させたら
よいのかわかりません。
header_checks で To:を調べてアドレスを置換する方法だと
例えばメーリングリストなどの受信の様にTo:が本来のアドレスになっていない
事を
考慮すると、違うかなとも思いますし。

これをみると、local での配送だと私の考えているものに近いのですが、
virtual 配送だと、master.cf で
spamtnsp          unix  -       n       n       -       -       virtual
        -o virtual_alias_maps=hash:/etc/postfix/spamalias
等として、
spamalias:
@example.com  spam@example.com
@example.net   spam-hoge@example.net
@example.org   hogehoge@example.org
としても、virtual_alias_maps の上書きはできませんでした。
virtual_alias_maps は cleanup で展開されるんですよね？

この様な場合、どのように定義するのがベターなのでしょうか？
