マニュアル postconf(5) の smtpd_sender_restrictions の項目を
読みましょう。「The default is to permit everything.」って書いて
ありますよ。

個人的にはカンマなしで書いてます。違うパラメーターですが、
こんな風に。必要に応じて任意の restriction にコメントコメントを
足したり、コメントアウトできるので。

smtpd_client_restrictions =
  permit_mynetworks
  check_client_access hash:$config_directory/client_access
  ## Disabled temporarily
  #check_client_access regexp:$config_directory/client_access.regexp
  reject

引数を受け取る restriction は引数一個だけです。

smtpd_sender_restrictions =
  check_sender_access hash:/etc/postfix/access
  check_sender_access regexp:/etc/postfix/access.regexp

といった感じで。
