[postfix-jp: 4215] PostfixAdminでユーザーの作成がされない

初めて投稿させて頂きます、小笠原と申します。

Postfixadminの話なのでこちらでよかったのか分かりませんが
掲題の件でPostfixadminから「新しいメールアドレスの作成」を行うと
＞メールが送信されました。
＞メールアドレスを追加しました。
＞(user_test@example.com)
というメッセージは出るのですが、実際にはメールボックスが作られず
maillogには以下のメッセージが出ています。

環境は、さくらインターネットのさくらVPSというサービスで
シングルドメインで下記のように構築しています。

Postfixadminはこちらのサイト様を参考にして構築しました。

試しに、設定してある既存のアカウントに対して新規アドレス作成とやると、
「ようこそ」メールは送られます。
が、パスワードの変更などは出来ない（WEB上はできている動き）状態です。

検索して探してみましたが、virtualの設定での結果が多かったので
どこが自分の設定と違っているのかがよく分からず、こちらに投稿
させて頂きました。

何か、解決方法が分かればご教授願えますでしょうか。
