質問１のご回答はよく分かりました。
ありがとうございます。

質問２の件は、postfix内にあるsmtpd_tls_session_cache_database の設定値が
btree:/etc/postfix/smtpd_scache と設定していたのですが、
btree:/var/lib/postfix/smtpd_scache が正しかったようです。

質問３については、まだ解決出来ていません。
状況は変わらずです。
